Our Team - Redland Strategies

Our dedicated experts, led by President and Managing Director, and Former NYS Senator and Public Safety Czar, Michael A. L. Balboni, have more than 110 combined years of experience and have earned stellar reputations throughout their careers in the private and public sectors. Combined, the RedLand team has worked under 4 NYS Governors, passed dozens of laws, assisted in nearly 20 Federally-declared emergencies and disasters and has had direct involvement in response to 22 others. Our team has developed countless Crisis and Emergency Management Plans for various municipalities and clients in the healthcare, financial and energy sectors in addition to being selected for nearly 30 Board Appointments.

Our experts have spent time in Emergency Operations Centers throughout New York and were key players in response efforts for major disasters, including the World Trade Center attacks, the crash of TWA Flight 800, and Super Storm Sandy.
